Find My Credit Union

Accessibility

Last updated: [date]

Find My Credit Union aims to make its website accessible and easy to use for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

Our accessibility aim

Our aim is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

These guidelines inform our approach to readable content, colour contrast, keyboard navigation, clear labels and compatibility with assistive technologies.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. A full accessibility audit has not yet been completed, so we do not currently claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance.

Using the directory

The website provides a list of search results independently of the interactive map. You can use this list to open branch pages and find contact details, opening hours and directions links.

You do not need to share your current location to search by credit union name, town or county.

Interactive search requires JavaScript. Where JavaScript is unavailable, the directory provides a basic list of office links.

Areas requiring further assessment

Further testing is needed to assess keyboard access, screen-reader behaviour, increased zoom and third-party map controls.

External maps and linked websites are provided by other organisations, and their accessibility may vary.

[Add any specific accessibility barriers confirmed during testing and the available alternatives.]

You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
